Day 1: Arrival in Kochi – Transfer to Munnar (130 km / 4 hrs)

Our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the misty hills of Munnar – Kerala's premium hill station. En route, witness scenic landscapes dotted with waterfalls like Cheeyappara and Valara, lush tea gardens, and spice plantations. Check in at your hotel and relax amidst the cool mountain air. Evening is free to explore the local market or enjoy the calm ambiance of Munnar.

After a hearty breakfast, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park – home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and offering panoramic views of tea-carpeted hills. Proceed to Mattupetty Dam for boating, Echo Point for its natural sound effects, Kundala Lake, and Top Station for a stunning valley view. Booking Policy – 6 Nights & 7 Days Kerala Classic Tour
Reservation Process:
To confirm the tour booking, a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation.
The balance 70% payment must be completed 15 days before the tour start date.
For bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card (with applicable charges), or secure online payment link.
Booking Confirmation:
After receiving the advance payment, a booking confirmation voucher will be shared by email within 24 hours, detailing all services including hotel reservations, houseboat booking, and transportation arrangements.
Amendments:
Requests for date changes or itinerary modifications can be accommodated up to 15 days before the tour start date, subject to availability and possible price revisions.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
15 – 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of total package cost will be charged.
7 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days or No Show: 100% of total package cost will be charged.
Special Note:
For houseboat bookings, once confirmed, 25% cancellation fee applies if canceled more than 15 days in advance; 100% cancellation fee within 15 days of arrival.
Peak season bookings (Christmas, New Year) may have stricter cancellation policies.
Important Notes
Hotels, resorts, and houseboat categories (Standard/Deluxe/Premium) are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case of unavailability of listed accommodations, equivalent alternatives will be provided with prior notice.
Check-in/Check-out times: Hotels – 12 Noon | Houseboats – Check-in at 12 Noon and Check-out at 9 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy and availability.
Tour itinerary and services remain subject to weather conditions and local authorities’ regulations.
